Kheflaxxflixeron provides professional wardrobe consultation services. As a service-based business, our return policy applies to consultation services rather than physical products.
Consultation Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, please review the following policies:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the full consultation fee
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge
- Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to administrative fees
Refund Policy
Refunds for consultation services are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
- Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, at our discretion
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds for completed consultation sessions are not available unless there is a significant service failure on our part
- Package purchases may be eligible for partial refunds if services have not been fully utilized
Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing exceptional wardrobe consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your consultation to discuss your concerns
- We will work with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution
- In cases of service failure, we may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund
- All satisfaction concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Package Services
For multi-session packages (Premium and Elite), the following policies apply:
- Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for partial refunds
- Refund amounts are calculated based on the per-session rate and unused services
- Package modifications or downgrades may be available, subject to pricing adjustments
- Package upgrades are always welcome and can be arranged at any time
- Package expiration dates may apply; please refer to your service agreement
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In special cases:
- Medical emergencies or family emergencies may qualify for full refunds with appropriate documentation
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to make exceptions to our standard policy in extenuating circumstances
- All special circumstance requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
- Provide your booking reference number or consultation date
- Explain the reason for your cancellation or refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after approval
- You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed
Non-Refundable Services
The following services or fees are non-refundable:
- Completed consultation sessions that have been fully delivered
- Administrative fees for excessive rescheduling
- Travel expenses for in-home consultations (if applicable)
- Third-party service fees (shopping, alterations, etc.)
- Gift certificates or promotional credits may have specific terms
